Mediocre at best. Waited in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes, placed my order and then waited in the parking lot for an... additional 15 minutes. Not exactly what I call fast food. Half of my meal was cold by the time my chicken was ready to be addedto it. Read more
Whoever designed the drivethrough should go back to the sandbox or flip burgers. Awful to get around the building. Curbs are... not visible. Forget going through there with a mid to large size vehicle without back and forth. Read more
Years ago when we went to kfc. We ALWAYS GOT what we ordered. Today these people were not busy what so ever. They were chatting... in another language not really caring about anything. I ordered the 9 piece special which should be 9 pieces of chicken Frenchfries and then I ordered a small gravy. Never ever have I had to look In the bag years ago. Today my mistake ?.no gravy. Staff person in drive thru took my cash payment than she proceeded to make my food order with her bare hands (a wrap). When I... called her out and asked for my money back the manager said she?d remake it with gloves and washed hands. I accepted the wrapand I have nothing but regret. Ordered drumsticks, got chicken wings ????. Seriously, check the pic. I stuck my hand in the frame so you can see the actual... size in comparison. Smallest drumsticks I've ever seen lol. Ok, maybe not quite as small as chicken wings but let's call themlarge chicken wings. You can see the length of them are the length of my middle finger. I don't know what it is about thislocation but I've been 3 times, and everytime was suboptimal compared to my normal KFC experiences. The chicken is dry and staleand the breading overcooked. Ordered a 3 Tuesday specials and I was informed that they only had crispy chicken left, which I accepted. When I got home I... notice the chicken didn?t smell as it normally does.
