Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff. Went to this store few weeks ago. They mentioned the system was down(night time).... At the window, an employee gave us 2X Vanilla Cone and took $4 in cash. Today, the same issue happened almost the same time (night, drive thru). We went to the last window , waited there like more than 5 min but nobody responded for betterclarification. A guy in the store saw us waiting but he ignored us and walked away. We called the store. The girl picked. She islike , “we don’t take cash like this. I said OK, then how come the other day someone took cash from us ? Are you gone dosomething about this ? Will you note my complain?”The girl over the phone was rude and hung up upon asking her name. She toldme she can’t give us her name. When clearly, the name tags are given to the staff to wear. Then how come she was not able togive us her name ?????? It was night time and we were at drive thru. We went to get something to eat as it was late to cook, endup getting poor customer service nothing else. Left home empty stomach. Somebody should be look at these issue. Read more

Worst McDonalds experience of my life. Went through the drive through, when they read out our order (which was placed on the... app) They tried to make us pay again, but I told them I had already used the app and it charged me already. They then shooed usaway from the window and when we got to the next, gave us the entire wrong order. We had to walk in, I waited almost 10 minutesto even talk to someone about my order being wrong and another 15 for my order to be re-done. The staff paid no attention towhat was happening in front of them, as a woman came in and harrassed me to give her something, crying and hanging on myshoulder. I gave her the meal that was not what I ordered, since I wasn't going to need it anyway. The staff did nothing to helpme as this woman came up to me and physically begged for the food out of my hand. The employees didn't care about anyoneordering or picking up an order, multiple walked past without being busy refusing to help people at the front. I have worked inthe food industry in the past, this is not at all appropriate. Worst thing is, our order was STILL wrong after that!!!! How doyou mess something up this much? I am a very forgiving person, especially when it comes to rush and food because I get it! Weare all human. But this many mistakes, this much waiting? And not caring that there are people in your establishment literallyharassing customers? yeah. I will avoid this location, and so should you. Read more

This location is honestly garbage, they don't know how to accept their own coupons... watch employees teaching each other how to... dance in the back, another employee swearing because she was over whelmed while other were just goofing around.. NOT to mentionmy visit inside the restaurant it was clear someone had spilled their coke drink on the floor... they put the sign out, but itwas not cleaned up within within the 15-20 minutes it took for me to pick up an iced coffee and a mcflurry... I remember whatMcDonald's used to be like back in the day. Clearly standards are extremely low, and sorry to say but who ever is in chargeshould be fired. Read more

Every single shift I have they are doing a system update and will not serve you at all. When they actually are working they mess... up your order Every. Single. Time. This is arguably the worst location in Winnipeg with the worst staff. I worked in fast foodfor years and my manager would never we found ways to take orders.id read other reviews before going here because the staffingis horrible, rude, and dismissive. I have never had so many issues with a McDonald's in my life and I have no idea how adistrict manager isn't there at all times because who ever manages that location should lose their job. Read more

Ordered delivery. 1L fries that was barely warm and Medium Drink. I need to stop ordering from this branch. They mess orders up... wayyyyyy too much. I've worked in the fast food industry in the past. I get it we are humans and make mistakes. But the mistakesare way too often. Please read the receipt for any orders carefully. Read more

I'm a fan of McDonald's but this location has consistently failed to meet expectations. Tonight was worse. I went inside the... store around 10:43 pm for a late snack. There were 3 orders before me and several at the drive through. I noticed a customergetting impatient after 2 orders before me were filled. I loudly asked the customer how long there were waiting for and theysaid 15 minutes for several burgers. A manager overhead our chat and spoke with the customer to resolve the issue. I understandit probably was close to closing time and not much food was available to go. But the staff didn't even bother to communicatethis to the customer. The cashier had the audacity to tell the customer to just speak to the staff rather than follow up withthe other staff themself. I watched 6 staff members on duty inside the restaurant. Some were nonchalantly move around without acare in the world. Eye contact was made, but they either continued to sweep the floor, talking, or nonchalantly moved abouttaking their sweet time ignoring the waiting customer at the counter. As for my order, I wanted a late night snack of 2 applepies and some fries. It wasn't until I got home and opened the bag that I noticed the pies were expired. On many occasions inthe past, the staff at other branches in Winnipeg and Ontario informed me that they were not allowed to sell expired pies tocustomers. I've gotten refunds in the past or they checked their inventory before charging me. A week ago, I made it clearover the drive-through intercom that I wanted to use my points on the McDonald's app to pay for my order. I was acknowledgedbut in the end it was never processed. I ended up paying in full for my order. It wasn't worth the effort to ask the cashier topunch it through given their lack of enthusiasm over the intercom and the long line behind me.
