Good place but the service is a little downgraded. They keep getting my order wrong.
When you go through drive through you never get any condiments. If you ask they still dont put anything in the bag. Napkins ,... ketchup salt or pepper. At times I've received a drink with no straw in the bag. Read more
Tonight was the worst night for service at this McDonalds on Whellams and Henderson. Everything was great until we got to the... pick up window. We paid $38.50 for our order and in the end waited 20 minutes in the drive through parking lot for an order thatwas not ours. 3 different workers asked what we were waiting for. Lol. Not sure if there was a manager working tonight but ifthere was, they need to up their game. Btw, We were not the only vehicle waiting for their food for a long duration. This McDonald?s possibly takes the cake for the worst McDonald?s in Winnipeg. Save your time and just drive west 5 additional... minutes and go to the other McDonald?s on Henderson. I arrived the drive thru, I waited over 10 minutes to have someone take myorder despite saying hello 5 different times and being ignored. The other drive thru lane had 4 cars that were served in thetime I was waiting. - They did not have nugget sauce. - They charged me for a junior chicken I did not ask for. - after waiting10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was waiting to be served they parked me and took an addition 7 minutes after parking meat their pull ahead window to get my food. - my food was cold, so they were not waiting for fresh food because I don?t mind whenI have to wait for that purpose. - they did not put my mcchicken sauce that I paid for in my bag - I returned through the drivethru when I noticed I was over charged, they refused to give me the full refund and gave me $1 for a junior chicken refund. I?ma former McDonald?s employee of 6 years and I understand the operations of McDonald?s and try very hard to remain respectfulhowever I have no idea who?s running this location but it may be time to re-evaluate management. Save your money from thislocation and go to the other location on Henderson you will get the friendly accurate service that McDonald?s traditionallyoffers. Read more
Nice and clean with drink refills that some locations have not yet restarted doing since the end of lockdown. My Eye Doctor is... nearby so I unfortunately don't go there alot. Read more
A new low. Western burger was pathetic. See pic. No where resembles pic of product. BBQ sauce over powers everything making it... nauseating. 2 burgers 2 fries $27. If your looking for a good burger at a better price go anywhere else. Have not had a mcd in along time and it will be a long time before I return. Read more
