Not taking orders? A 24hr fast food place? I work late hours most nights and every night I pass by this location, they can't... give me any food at all? Not even fries? Terrible. They're just wasting money staying open that late and turning down everysingle customer. Went again, terrible service, got cold, stale, rock hard fries. Worst mcdonalds in the city in my opinion. I live close by but will drive to one further away. Every single time i have gone you... have to wait after going through the drive thru. I know it happens sometimes but i am not exagerating with everytime i have goneeven if you order just fries only like i did again tonight. Almost 15 minutes sitting for fries. Their mobile orders had a hard time coming through, so they had to enter it manually. it was alright at first because things... like that happen. They told us to pull up to the curb to wait for the order, so we waited. We waited over 15 minutes as wewatched as they accidentally gave my family's order to the wrong vehicle. We thought nothing of it at first until customer turnaround and realized that their food order wasn't theirs. Then we had their runner boy give us the order that he mistakenly gaveto the other car instead of giving us our food while it's hot when THE CUSTOMERS OF THE OTHER VEHICLE POTENTIALLY TOUCHED IT!GROSS!!! I ordered these sandwich on march 30 , i attached the pictures, see the amount of lettuce and how sauce is just on one corner.... That is how u guys make sandwich, chicken was so hard to chew.
