Typical got a coffee which was made alright. My egg was falling out one side the cheese was half on the wrapper and I'm pretty... sure there was a half piece of bacon on there somewhere. The Wendy's breakfast is top notch. Made perfectly. Every big M I havegone to has gone to the birds. They just don't care. I try and try and give them chance after chance and they keepdisappointing. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. Went to order later in the evening (11:30) and ordered 2 mcdoubles.... Went to go pay and was asked to go pull around to the side which I was willing to do. After 10 minutes of waiting I went to goin to see what was going on and was ignored by the staff. I went back to my car and after another 10 minutes of waiting I wentthrough the drive thru again to talk to someone and they said they were "really busy" even though there was only 3 cars waitingfor food and a few people eating in the lobby. At this point i was rather frustrated and asked for a refund for this experienceand the person said they don't do refunds. When she came back to the window I tried to ask why this was the case all she saidwas "I gave you some fries have a good day" and closed the window and walked away. After this I will likely never be going backto this location even though it's the most convenient one for me. I'm willing to understand if it was busy or they wereunderstaffed but 20+ minutes for 2 burgers is unacceptable. Read more
They tried to charge us for somebody else?s order. They gave us wrong drinks. Replacement drinks had faulty lid. Fries were... almost raw. Did not provide straws. Too many errors during one trip. Read more
They counted those 2 little balls of batter as 2 chicken nuggets. Normal nugget for size comparison. I waited 18 minutes for... these and my fries were cold when I got the order. And there was a big bone in first chicken nugget I bit into. I want my moneyback Read more
I normally love McDonald's but today my wrap was way too salty! My peach drink did not taste like peaches and my friend's coffee... tasted like chicory and not real coffee at all. On top of that the woman taking our order could not understand us, and wecertainly couldn't understand her. Read more
It's a good location with drive thru. Parking available all around. Infact more parking stalls close to entrance .They renovated... and extended. Restaurant really looks great and I like the concept that they have separate window to order the food, pickup aswell as online delivery. I don't think so anybody has started that yet. New restaurant bring good customer service too I believecustomer service was average at previous restaurant. Hope they do well now. Read more
There is a lady working Drive through at this location named Carrie who is exceptional in her customer service. Pleasant... demeanor and friendly every time, no matter the rush or hour. She deserves commendation from corporate for her work. Read more
