Literally the worst customer service ever. ?Love? was extremely rude to me and actually tried to argue that I ordered... incorrectly. Numerous things on my order were wrong and instead of just fixing it, ?Love? came out to my car while I was waitingand proceeded to roll her eyes and argue with me. Orders are regularly wrong from this McDonald?s and that?s something I justlived with. I always check the bag before leaving. But to receive that kind of attitude when asked to fix it was INSANE. I won?tbe going back even though the manager offered a free meal next time. The manager didn?t seem bothered or surprised by how rudethat person was. They must be pretty desperate for staff. Had to repeat my order of fries and a French vanilla latte 3 times, I said it louder the third time cause I thought they... couldn?t hear me. She then raised her voice and told me not to be loud. I got my order and ate it like normal once I finished myFrench vanilla this ball dropped in my mouth. I puked 3 times and then realized it was a curdle, gross and unacceptable. Read more
We had the best experience we have ever had at a McDonald's on Thursday, July 21st. All the employees were very friendly and... very accomodating. We were greeted when we entered and told Thank you as we left. They were all very attentive. Great job. Read more
My partner wanted to treat our child when we were out, we don't normally go to this area of the city but we're glad we were in... the neighborhood. Quick efficient turnaround from the kitchen to the customer. Good service. Super hot day today, I'm glad theice cream machine works! Best places on this side of town to grab soft serve on a budget. I would highly encourage anyone going through the drive thru to check their order before they leave. Got home and then found... this was not what I ordered at supper hour. With the cost of gas, had to drive back and gave the manager back the order statingthis is not what I ordered. No apology or offering me a free desert for the inconvenience; just offered me to keep the wrongitems they gave me which I refused, got the right product finally and then found when I got back found that my soft drink waspure carbonated water. Threw that out. And for the fries.."stuff them full, don't fluff them. Feedback...Person at window needsto confirm what she is handing you and not stay silent and just hand you your food without even speaking one word. This is notthe first error at this location but will be my last visit there. Need training in customer service and getting orders right.You may want to check to see if your syrup is out on your soft drink machine or select the right drink ordered. When you order McDonald's, you usually don't expect half full fries in a large container. We paid for large fries but it came... like a medium fry, in a large fries container. We were able to fit them inside one fry container. We are very disappointed withthe experience this time. Edit: They HAVE DONE IT MULTIPLE TIMES, they clearly aren't listening to people's reviews, and we aregiving them a clear CHANCE, but they fail to make and understand how to make a full fry container distribution, Please, PLEASE,work on it. This is what a quarter pounder BLT looks like from this location. I asked for no onions so they gave me double onions, a tomato... stem, and a patty that looks like it fell. We used to get food here once a week as its convenient and on our way home but we aredone with this location. Stay away! Read more
