Ordered through drive thru,I?m handed my drink and it is over filled and leaking all over me, while I?m cleaning up the mess... from the drink I am waiting in the waiting area for my order because at lunch time there was no chicken nuggets ready. I?mbrought my order, of course I check because you can?t trust it will be right, as expected there was an item missing. Go into therestaurant to get my missing item. Explain the problem and that the drink was over filled. The response was ?the machineis automated?, I explained This is not a me problem. The missing item is given to me and was offered a refund on the missingitem. Processing the refund it was declined twice. I gave up and told them to keep the money. It should be in the training toverify all items paid for are given to the customer. Read more
Insanely slow drive thru with a near empty lobby. I have learned to either plan to sit in the drive thru for five to ten minutes... or more at this location or just avoid it altogether. Last time I was there it took nine minutes to get a Mcdouble and smallfries at eight in the evening with nearly no one there. The fries weren't even fresh. I don't know what the hold up always is atthis location but it is beyond reasonable sometimes. Read more

Very ignorant staff. Staff goes behind a wall and talks about their customers. Call to talk to a manager and the guy who answers... isn't even a manager just posing as one. Suppose to be a fast food restaurant yes takes about 10-15 minutes to get your order. Read more

Long wait in the drive thru for my order. Get home to find that one of my Mc muffins that I was charged for, not in the bag.... This place has been terrible the last few visits and they aren?t improving their service. Avoid this location and do yourself afavour and drive to the Reenders location 5 mins away for more satisfactory service. Read more
Do not go here, they will mess up your order and they don't know the difference between a BLT and a chicken mc muffin. Worst... service I've ever had anywhere. Pathetic even for a fast food place. Read more
