Now you need to look at ratings and reviews to choose a McDonald for a meal. We've seated at a table and ordered kids meal for... our hungry baby with the app entered table number, the app says will meet me at the table and waited for 15mins my husband wentto check. Manager as shown in previous review said she doesn't see the system asking her to bring to table15. She did not feelor say sorry at all that we waited this long for nothing for our baby. My husband asks her to apologize and she refused and saidit's not her fault it's the internet error. Very disappointed at McDonald's training as this is a manager of yours. Finally gotthe kids meal, opened the bottle just about to give to my baby and found it was chocolate milk, I ordered 1%milk. My husbandbrought it back to the counter and this manager said they ran out of milk, this is all they have. Do you think you should informcustomers when you are changing the items they've ordered and apologize?? Terrible horrible customer service and manner of thismanager and this location all staffs speaking to each other in their language not English or French in front of customers. Wish there's an option for 0 star. WORST MCDONALD IN THE ENTIRE WORLD I have never seen anyone in the food and service industry... to be so rude! For her own mistakes!!! WORST MCDONALDS IN CANADA! EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I would have given this location zero stars but had to give... atleast 1. They wouldn't even give me the managers name to complain. She said to google it and to go to a different mcdonalds ifwe didn't like it. When we got our food it was in a to go bag. She threw a tray at me. When I asked for ketchup she did thesame. No condiments or drinks available at the dining room station. When I asked for a refill I was told no refills even thoughthere is a sign behind the cash registers saying one refill per customer. The lack of refills was blamed on COVID. Food was nothot even though we dined in. Old buns and cold fries. And it was 6pm! Bathrooms were gross. Hand dryers didn't work in eithermen's or women's. No paper towels either. Table and chairs were dirty. Everywhere! Garbage was overflowing. Watch out for thisone! Attached is the picture of the staff member(no name tag)who was so rude. Every time I don?t check my drive through at this location it?s wrong. Just went through at about 12:15 am ordered plain... hamburger and lg fries not like it was hard to make. What did I get? My hamburger has everything on it.!!????how is plain sohard to get right??? No onions no pickles nothing? plain means plain. I like to put my own stuff on!!! The manager refused to correct my order that I placed through the drive thru. I saw more of her backside than anything. The... other employees stood by and did not offer any help as well. This location is horrible as the food I ordered was for mychildren and elderly mother. If you want fresh food and good customer service then you need to avoid his location. The service of the drive thru was great, I ordered a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder meal. The employees spoke to me in a kind and... enthusiastic way and the line moved quickly. The food was ready right away and there were no mistakes with the order even thoughI had made quite a few special requests. Overall I had a great experience and will be back. Read more
