I've ordered fries going through drive through late at night and a cheeseburger. The fries were cold. So I told them. They gave... me another order. Cold again. I couldn't believe it. How hard is it to ensure the food people order and pay for is hot or at thevery least warm?! I didn't think I should have asked for a fresh order to ensure they would be hot fries. I guess should I goback there I will be very specific with my order. Very disappointing. Read more
The location didn?t have a lot of customers but we were denied being served due to being short staffed unless we were willing to... wait 20-30 mins for our order. This is pretty odd since I saw at least 5-6 people on staff at that moment so they seem to behaving some internal issues or something. Read more
I don't think it should take 25 minutes for two cheeseburgers, two fries, and small soft drinks. And I don't think the manager... should be having a meltdown at the front counter and yelling at her staff that she's "not laughing". I was at curbside, but hadto go inside to retrieve my order after 20 minutes. I overheard other cars in curbside saying they had been waiting over half anhour for their order. McDonald's could at least throw in a coupon in the bag to make up for the extended wait time. Pretty sadthat one of the world's biggest companies can't foresee how to keep customers happy when things don't go as planned. And forsome strange reason, all the doors were locked, even for the staff that were taking orders out to curbside, they had to wait forsomeone to come and open the door for them; strange. Read more
Hot greasy and smaller the advertised. But was faster then cooking at home. Employees always try thire best to make customer... smile. But all in all it was great and not so satisfying. Size really does matter when it comes to down to eating. Read more

I swear the service is only good when nobody wants to be here. I have been at this location so many times and never had a good... experience HOWEVER, today I ordered something very modified just because why not and they got it spot on. It was absolutelydelicious, nothing burnt, nothing cold, nothing undercooked. Superb service too they brought it right out to me. It was a reasonable meal, the place was clean and it is wheelchair accessible, they have decent seating and a clean atmosphere... but the bathrooms are locked and need a key to get in, took over a few minutes to get a kid and their parent into the restroomand also the service was a tad slow only because it seemed understaffed, they are doing the best they can but otherwise a normalMcDonald?s experience. Had a really good experience in the drive through, Gurleen who I spoke to was kind and informative. They were able to answer my... few questions quickly and clearly without making me feel like a bother. The food was good and came quickly, I would definitelygo out of my way to come here again.
