Slow service even from mobile order.
Definitely the worst McDonald's experience I ever had, over charged, orders was wrong multiple times.
Very disappointed. Me and another fellow both walk up at the same time to order as he was in front of me they they started... taking his order and in the middle of his order proceeded to stop and tell me they were closed. How can you fulfill one's orderand not the other as we both walked up at the same time ? Completely stupid service. Read more
Service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's fine, and half the time it's not. You'll sometimes be waiting at the front of the line... for 5-10 minutes only to find out that the ice cream machine is broken. Take orders while others work so that you can turnpeople away whom you cannot serve ... save them the waiting time. I also feel like the self-serve machines could be cleanedmore often. Read more
Coffee lid wasn't put on properly and spilled all over myself, thankfully the coffee was lukewarm when I received it. Also what... looks like a gunshot has left one of the automatic order machines out of order. Read more

I had a coffee I asked if I could get top for the road I was told no. Other McDonald's does offer a complaint Refill for Coffee.... I will have to visit Starbucks Downtown or Robin's Donuts. Read more
Staff is lethargic and disinterested, orders often inaccurate, lineups for days with 5 employees serving 1 customer at a time.... (there's 3 cashier stations, and I've never seen more than 1 active at a time.) Can not recommend. Read more
