I called about ordering late night as I work in a truck that can't fit through the drive thru, the girl was friendly enough to... allow me to walk through. But the manager gave me a stern look and denied me even to place an order. Literally unexplainableservice that will have me never going back to that location. 1 out of 5 would rather die than face such public humiliation as Icalled ahead of time. Do NOT go inside on a Saturday morning!! You will wait 6 minutes for an iced coffee, it will sit on the counter until you ask... someone to serve it to you. The young lady in charge does as little as possible and will NOT come talk to you. This morning shetook a muffin out of the cabinet with a bare hand and served it to a drive thru customer. Three Saturdays in the past 5 weeks Ihave stopped on my way to work and every time the service is terrible. I will say the servers at the counter are polite andapologetic, the 2 stars I gave were for them. Read more
Very rude staffs Don't know how to behave with customers. I was there today and ordered a coffee through mobile order and... accidentally it came as senior coffee. I understand that this is a fast food. But when it comes to customer service, try to be a little courteous. Am not saying all of... them are not courteous, but I visited this place most of the times and they try to really rush you take the payments and go..at least put a smile on just to show that you're happy serving us. New Review: This McDonald's has certainly gone downhill since my original review. Go in and place and order, waiting over almost... 10 minutes then I get told "sorry for the wait" when it should of been more like "sorry we were too busy talking instead ofputting your order together promptly and your food got cold." Original Review: I had placed an order through skip the dishes,something from my order was forgotten. So I had called the McDonald's and spoke to someone who took my name/address/phonenumber. She took down what was missing and then had a worker drive all the way to place to deliver the missing Happy Meal(freshly made), I'd say that is above and beyond for rectifying part of a missing order Read more
