I went there for first time. The girl was so rude and arrogant. She was not listening to details at all. I dont know how these... people get trained. Atleast they need to greet the customer first. I told her to change the gloves, she made a weird face. Afterthat, I asked her to put just one line of sauce. She put the whole bottle in wrap. I told her to remove the veggies off fromburrito because the sauce was whole extra. She was throwing everything off from sandwich like she just want us to go. After shegot loud and rude. She insulted us like we are the ones who are wrong even though she had the problem with us. The worstcustomer experience I?ve had in my life. I work in a restaurant too but the first thing we do is the customer service withsmile. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl from Skip the Dishes, and the chicken was raw. There were pieces of chicken with grill marks... on one side with the rest of the piece not cooked at all. Completely unacceptable. This place is going to get someone sick. Luckily, I got a refund from Skip, but would not order from here again. If you do decide to eat here, avoid the chicken. Read more
