Ordered from Nanking tonight online. Order was confirmed. Delivery time said 90 mins. Ok maybe busy, live 4 minutes away. After... 90 mins tried calling. No answer. As of writing this review it has been 2 and a half hours. Thanks for not serving my family ourdinner. Never again. Read more
Been getting food from here since I was little. Granted the quality did go down slightly when ownership changed years ago, but... you just need to know which items to order! I'm not too adventurous so we always get Nanking noodles, chicken balls with s'n'ssauce, and the mixed veggies. I miss the old ginger beef recipe, we don't order it anymore unfortunately since the ownershipchange. But their new bubble teas are delicious! We did have an issue with the Taro tea months back being chunky/gritty, butanyone who knows Taro knows it is a root vegetable similar to a potato so I think that it was just not blended well enough.Today we tried the Taro again and it was a lot better! Also had the Milk Tea Smoothie and it was delicious!! Definitely myfavourite so far, regular milk tea and chocolate tea are good as well ???? also so happy that you have coconut jelly! I ordered Taro bubble tea for myself and my sister as a treat and was so disappointed and angry cause we had to throw it out.... The milk was stale and there were weird particles in the tea. I took pictures and I?d like to attach but I?m not able toattach. The particles were disgusting. Read more
Ordered Hot & Sour soup - Soup was neither hot nor Sour and felt like water mixed with corn flour, very bland. Tried calling... them, they do not answer the phone. 1 star is a courtesy since I cannot give a below 1 star rating....Very Bad Read more

Was just denied service here for a single order of bubble tea? was told to come back in a half hour ?too busy? I have never in... my life been outright denied service before at a restaurant. Obviously will never consider this place ever again. Read more
