We went to this store and ordered fries with gravy on the side. They told us they couldn't give the gravy on the side since they... were out of containers. As the employee was preparing our food we see another employee put gravy in a container right besideher. So we ask and tell them they just told us they were out of containers yet here they are putting gravy in a container. Theytold us those containers were for takeout orders only. We were very insulted to be treated differently than other customers, noeffort was made to do what we asked as they were filling container after container right in front of us. We later got in touchwith the owner to complain and he offered a gift certificate for our poor experience. We refused but he insisted multiple times.So we finally agreed. It's been over 6 weeks and he still hasn't sent anything. Don't INSIST that you want to make it up to usand then not even bother. So we are boycotting this franchise. Read more

Friendly staff, great customer service, my partner and I are regulars. It's always been a delight to grab a bite at New York... Fries. Their butter chicken is my go to whenever I'm craving a poutine from them, but you can never go wrong with theclassics! This place will forever be a family favorite whenever we go to the mall. I've taken my cousin from a differentcountry who never had a poutine here, and she enjoyed the classic poutine. There's that lovely something about the squeakycurds, yunno? Good Lord, I remember coming here 20 years ago or so and getting my first Works poutine, I was hooked. Now I'mgetting my own child to try different foods and this was one of the places in the mall we introduced her to soft solids for herculinary adventures. Read more

One of the best restaurants in the food court of Kildonan place mall. They have an amazing staff, professional and friendly at... the same time. I love to give it a visit at-least once a month. Food quality is pretty good for the price and portions are largeenough. Read more

A guilty pleasure that I try to limit myself with. Deliciously fried, bountifully portioned, and topped with your choice of... condiments. Pricing is mid-range but worth it for the savoury hit it gives to your system. Their hotdogs are pretty great aswell, but to me, nothing beats an order of their fries with The Works. Read more
