OEB lovey breakfast/lunch spot located in downtown Winnipeg in the TD building. Parking is a pain but there is free parking on... Main St. and side streets on Sundays. Paid parking lots across the street/in area. Straight up a pain as well as OEB'S Yelp setup. They don't take rezo's; you can go and take your chances on a short or long wait or go through the Yelp app where youestimate your time of arrival and add your name to the wait list. This is straight up convenience for OEB and a pain foryou. Food, coffee and fresh not from concentrate juice was great. Service was also prompt and attentive. No complaints.Recommendations I would like OEB to consider is pepper on the table. Why the grinder table side service? Simply unnecessary.Just add pepper to the table. It's not an expensive spice that deserves a side show experience. Takes your staff away from moreimportant things. Also butter portions to the waffles. Two portioned pats are required not one. Butter should be cool andspreadable, not frozen. It's the little things OEB. After all, I'm paying for it. I wanted to give OEB 4 stars because the foodis quality however location/parking and Yelp were inconveniences. Read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE, 10/10! QUALITY OF FOOD, 10/10! ATMOSPHERE, 10/10! The front staff was very welcoming. Gave us a big smile and... brought us to our table with joy! Our server greeted us with an enthusiastic attitude and ask if it was our first time and askfor what we want to drink after we settled down. The food was amazing!!! It wasn?t our first time but every time we go here,it?s very consistent! They take pride in their quality which is great! The atmosphere is great! As always! The wait is worth it!! Friendly and fast service, with delicious food! We had a large group in on Sunday, with 7 of them being... young kids (which is crazy at the best of times ????) and the server was so quick and helpful. Our food came out quickly andeverything (even all the mods) came out perfectly! Read more
First time going. It?s in the new building in Main Street. Staff are nice and friendly. Food was very good, unique and well... presented. Busy place around 10am but cozy place to eat breakfast. Only the price is a little bit higher than we expected. Read more

Stopped in for brunch with my friends and had a great meal! It was our first time at OEB and our server, Chelsea, did an amazing... job with describing everything on the menu and answering our questions! We took her suggestions of trying out ?the soul in thebowl? and it was fantastic, I would recommend this dish to anyone!
