I would post 0 star if I could. Either way never been disappointed with Pita Pit, untill my recent visit to Regent Location. Gal... in the front is awesome she's happy and taking orders in good manner. The moment you walked to prep table, Girl got attitude forno reason. She sounds so arrogant and was slapping food around as the customer was asking for favorite even we already paid forextra meat. Nevermind respect about customers there was no respect about food. I'm not the type of guy that complaints all thetime, but this prep lady was going thru food without any gloves while she was sweating, AND THE ATTITUDE....... WASN'T F...INWELCOMEING AT ALL. Horrible experience here ! Picked up 2 pitas and my husband goes to take a bite and a long black hair is showing through the... pita. I phoned and asked to speak to a manager and the employee on the phone says she is the manager and I tell her whathappened, she covers the phone and starts speaking to somelse, so there?s muffled noise. She comes back and says ?ok we refundone pita only, I then said we don?t want to eat the other one , our appetites are ruined and then I asked ? do you wear hairnetswhile working with open food?? She says ?no I have my hair tied back, then asks what kind of hair. I said it was from the EastIndian lady that made our pitas? she then proceeded to call me RACIST and then saidthere is a white woman who has black hairthere, and I said it wasnt a white woman who made our pitas, I?m giving you the description of the person who did, and I?mdescribing her to you. Had an amazing experience at this pita pit, I believe it was the manager, unsure but she was an absolute treat. She complimented... my dress and catered to my need since I have a bad dairy allergy. She made sure the gloves were changes, the spot was clean andabsolutely no dairy products. She even gave pita chips for having to wait for my food. Also helped me decide what to order. I?lldefinitely be back, I don?t usually leave a restaurant with laughter and a smile. Go there! They are amazing. Read more

Come here often, always delicious. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Typical pita pit fare, and the veggies always... look/taste fresh. I come here once a week or more and always leave satisfied. They also have GoodLife and military discounts. Read more
Very disappointing experience , I was supplied coupons delivered by your restaurant to my work place , my co-worker and I have... been taking advantage and supporting your business - using as much of them as possible over the last few weeks. , Today we wentinto the restaurant with intentions to use the 2 can dine Coupon - regrettably we had forgotten the coupon and simply tried toexpress the interest to the employee at the till of wanting to still use it , her attitude was les than acceptable ,in fact theenergy was off from the entire crew working , not one smile or "hello" it had felt as if the woman in charge behind the till hadset the mood for everyone to not be as happy and cheerful as we normally get to experience. The simple fact she wouldn't evengive us the time of day was quite upsetting, in addition to this it almost felt like we inconvenienced them by asking about thecoupon.... Ultimately it's left me questioning my return to this restaurant , your product as delicious as it may be is pricy ,as much as I'd like to supply my business to you daily.
