i had this pizza about 10 years ago. it was horrible. i figured it's been a long time they must've gotten better.WRONG!!!it was... nothing more than a piece of dough covered in cheese,no sauce and the 4 meats all together barely came to 2 toppings at otherplaces..i threw %75 of it in the trash..horrid!! NEVER again..i contacted them like they asked and they didn't even email meback.. their response to my review was just to pretend they care and to save face to the general public..that says more aboutthem and their business ethics than my review does.. Normally have no issues with pizza hotline, and I'm rating it 4 stars because of how my husband was treated today when calling... to get our pizza order fixed as they gave me a thick crust and him a thin crust. We had ordered it the other way around and Ihate thick crust. We were told they need at least 3 peices of pizza for the exchange. Then he gets a call back from thetranscona location telling us that the driver needs to get proof that the pizzas were mixed up..they rushed out replacementpizzas and then the driver didn't even want to look at them/ take the wrong ones after the phone call that made us feel likethey thought we were lying about the error. We weren't trying to get free pizza we just wanted the ones we ordered! Great pizzaat a great price but pizza hotline needs some better customer service.... Read more
This is a great Pizza Hotline. You can walk -in any during a Friday supper rush and your Pizza will still be ready in 15... minutes. The price is right the service is great and myself and the kids enjoy the taste. It may not be for everybody butfor me it's great. Read more

ordered 2 extra large and one medium whole wheat. It was not whole wheat (which by the way costs extra). we called and they said... they would rush us the right one. 2 hrs later we called again and still no pizza. everytime after that when we called, they putus on hold supposedly checking on the order and hung up on us. then we got a text saying our pizza was there. nobody was there.we call again and they argued that its been delivered. we still havent received the correct pizza or a refund for having paidfor a whole wheat and received a white flour pizza. First time getting Pizza Hotline pizza in forever. Never used to like the pizza. Until now. Maybe it's the location? I ordered a... Peperoni & Mushroom with extra cheese, thin crust. The crust was thoroughly cooked and had the perfect texture. The toppingswere tasty. They use fresh mushrooms, not canned. The cheese was wonderful. I think there was some cheddar in there and not justmozzarella. I ordered when I walked in, and the wait for my pizza wasn't long. I didnt time it but I'm thinking it was about 10minutes which is awesome. I will definitely Italy be ordering from here again. Read more
Friendly pick up staff, and quick delivery make eating here a joy. It's typical pizza hotline pizza (average amount of toppings,... highly recommend side bacon, dough is medium thickness, thin crust is a lighter and tasty alternative) and the deals are prettygood. We ordered 4 XL 2 toppings for 42$ pickup. For budget pizza this is my go to spot. Read more
