The drivers here are absolutely horrible. I live on magnus and every day coming home I seem to be have to slam on my breaks... because a driver it's speeding or not stopping at the stop sign. I only ever ordered from this location acouple times and thethe drivers are rude and I had a driver tell me to hurry up because i had to grab my wallet. Hire better drivers and people whoare actually polite. Worst customer service ever. Hopefully a child doesn't get hit because or there errogance. Read more
Don't waste your time calling the customer service line; it was a waste of time. I tried to get a transfer to a location, and... apparently, that was too difficult; I then tried to speak with a manager; obviously, they can't do that either, but they canmispronounce Mcphillips street. Read more

Gluten-free pizza crust extremely greasy and practically inedible. Very disgusting. The reason for the four star rating is... because the staff and management are very nice and cordial and I would go back to the restaurant definitely however I would notever order their gluten-free crust. I have had gluten-free crust at Boston pizza and it is fabulous.... Not greasy at all. Justabsolutely perfect. The value for the money for pizza hotline is really excellent. And their regular crust pizzas are reallygood. But gluten-free crust is absolutely horrible and they need to change what they're doing. Because it's really really badgluten free crust... The texture is bad of the crust and also it is the greasiest thing I have ever had in my life the whole boxso through with oil. I threw out about a pizza and a half. I ordered two medium pizzas. I haven't looked for a refund oranything like that. But I just will not be getting that again ever. But other pizza with regular crust I will definitely orderfrom them, the value is good and the product is very good. Read more
I was happy I was not in the hospital after trying to pick up at the Mc Phillips location. This winter they have not cleared a... path from the street to sidewalk. You have to climb over the bank. noticed they had done it again. I told him that wasn't what I order and they said they were put of that item so I said I don'twant the order and walked away. The driver said to wait as he had one in the car. But he had said they were out. I told him nobecause of this scam he tried to pull. I then made another order on Dec 24. I got it and the driver looked hurried. I paid himand gave a tip. I took them in and opened the box. It was burnt and had a burnt stench to it. I couldn't even smell the pizza. Icalled them back and they said they had to talk to the owner. They then called back and said they would replace the pizzas. Nothanks considering what they did to these ones. I told them i want a full refund since these were unfit for a dog. after bit oftelephone tag I was told they would only refund the cost of the pizzas. No taxes, delivery, or tip. Not acceptable! They wereobviously being vindictive due to me not putting up with their scams, They were good once but something changed, for the worse.I am hopefully attaching pictures of the pizzas and note the cell phone made them look lighter than they do irl. They may lookgood but the burnt stench would change your mind. Don't order from them or risk this happening.
Edit:I love all these recentreview ares giving them sparkling scores offsetting the negative ones. What a coincident. Maybe Google should investigate thesepeople to see where they are posting from
I ordered my pizza online and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. By the time I drove their it took about 9 minutes and... my pizza was ready when I entered the store. ALTHOUGH I did order double pepperoni I only got the regular amount hence the 4stars. The pizza however was as tasty as ever and i will order from this location again. Read more
