I'd like to put 5 stars because I'm a big fan of Pizza Hotline and order from them since quite a while now. But, I feel not... comfortable being welcomed by a guy that doesn't even wear a mask and make his employees working under stress. So this location is great, the staff are nice and took good care of me. The call centre is the issue, they don?t listen or care... to get the order right. If you had an issue with your order, it?s likely because the call centre entered it wrong, and there?sno holding them accountable. If you?re going to order from pizza hotline, go in in person to place the order; don?t bother withthe call centre. Read more
Quick delivery. Cooks apparently cannot tell the difference between thin and regular crust as I ordered thin and got regular. I... would have also doubled the toppings if I would have known there was going to be such a little amount. Pizza was ok but Iwouldn't recommend this location. Read more
Not what it was. Very poor service, all the tables were dirty. I had to ask for a rag and cleaned up our table. One person in... our group ordered a pizza and asked for no hot peppers and got hot peppers, when she mentioned it to the staff she was told tojust pick them off. My pizza was very good. It would be great if you could get a plate, instead of eating off of a napkin. Read more
I love their pizza. But here the attendant was very rude. Very bad service from the blonde on Saturday. In the underground I... always have a pleasant service from the servant to the cashier. Won't coming back to this unfortunately. Overall the pizzas andenvironment are very good. Read more
Tasty food and cozy place. I've just paid $6.99 for their signature pizza. It's around 12 inches diameter and you need to go... there between 2pm and 5pm to get this discount I guess. Their regular price is $12. Read more

Wow, they aren't kidding when the website says the pizza will be ready in 10 minutes!!! Pizza was hot and delicious. I always... add well done, thin crust and extra sauce to the order and I'm always pleased. Don't forget to tip fellow Winnipeger!!! Read more
