Stopped ordering a few months back. Pizza was becoming more inconsistent which was hard to believe because it was cheese. One... day there'd be lots of mozza next very little. Their ceasar dressing just didn't taste right. Went to a competitor. May pay abit more but it's worth it. Dough became soggier and just not as good. TOO bad because it used to be really good. ???? Ordered a pizza and it was under cooked. The dough was completely mush. I called to explain the situation and it was a back and... fourth. Send us a email with pictures then call us back. I sent email and called back to the person on the other end saying ohwhat do you want us to do about it..??? "Umm well I am hoping to have the pizza replaced cause it isn't cooked." The woman onthe phone replies with okay I have to call you back cause I have to call the store first and lodge a complaint with them. Howlong would you like me to wait for this pizza to be replaced I said it has already been an hour with back and fourth. Finally Ijust hung up, 3 minutes later my phone rings to a guy saying they are placing the order to replace my uncooked pizza and that itcould be picked up in 15 minutes... I have never had this experience with a pizza place before and I have been ordering fromthis pizzahotline for years already. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. THE WORST PIZZA SERVICE EVER!!!!! We walked in and I've waited so long outside. The toppings were still cold. My wife returned... it to ask for a replacement or refund. But this rude guy angrily throws the pizza on the floor in front of my wife. We willnot recommend buying in this store again. Read more
