I am so disappointed, I called 40 minutes in advance to place my order for pick up. I stated on the phone that I wanted the... "Pizza and Wings Deal," which is 25.99 for a medium pizza and 8 boneless wings. Unfortunately, I got to Pizza Hut at the stated40 minute wait time to find that I was being served a $10 "my box" meal, which is completely different from what I had orderedon the phone. The excuse I was given was that it was only an "online promo" which I was not told on the phone when they took myorder or told of the price, which may have informed me that it was the wrong deal. The front of house told me that there was nodeal except online and offered me no alternatives to fix this issue. Needless to say, I left without my pizza.If I could I wouldgive them 0 stars as I left without food and lost money. Thank-you for nothing. Read more

The pizza was dry with hardly any sauce, or topping, very disappointing, the pasta was decent but again dry with hardly any... sauce or toppings. For $70 for 3 medium 2 topping pizzas and a pasta. We?re not likely to order from here again. People where?sthe sauce? And the toppings? Read more

Ordered online through the Pizza Hut app for the $5 deals. I ordered a large maple bacon pizza and 2 other medium pizzas. The 2... medium pizzas were right but the large pizza they sent was a supreme. My kids won?t eat pizza with onion and green pepper sothis was very disappointing. My husband had called to complain and the person who answered the phone sounded annoyed and offeredto have the correct pizza delivered. Still haven?t received the CORRECT pizza. So disappointing.. I'm not sure if this franchise owner is aware of the lack of quality control regarding their pizzas and services. I ordered a... Half cheese half Hawaiian with another all Canadian and large bread sticks. I came back after not being allowed to use thewashroom. I understood that rule due to Covid. So I had no problem going next door. I came back and the other cashier was goingto charge me after paying for the order already. I insisted that I did and later on the previous cashier showed up. Sheremembered that I paid. I left promptly and went home. Well I got Half cheese half Canadian without the bread sticks. I didn'tget charged it anyways. Point is this place needs to work maintaining quality and a bit better service. Read more

So I ordered pizza at 5:44pm and the app told me it would be at my place by 6:59pm. That's an hour and 15 minutes. Okay, a... little long but my kids can wait a bit. So around 7:16pm my app closes and there is no longer a mention of any order on the app.So I am a little concerned and I called the store, no answer. Tried again, someone answered and it was a phone rep from thepizza hut location. They assured me that my order would get done. Apparently they have not even started it at this point. Sheguarantees I will get my order made and delivered in the next 30 minutes. So I am mad, but figure 7:45pm is not that bad.Well... I did not receive my order until 8:45pm, I ordered it 3 hours previous. I had given up and made my kids frozen pizza. Ifthey just would not have lied and told me it was going to be 3 hours for an order, I would have just picked it up. The pizza wasovercooked and I threw 90% of it away. Will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.
