Called this location like 7 times to try and order pizza. We have never had issue till today and like everytime we got someone... it was like a fake operator talking then we would hear giggling in the back. They would say ?press 1 to speak to a femaleoperator and press 2 to speak to a male operator.? Very frustrating!!! Awful!! Read more
Ordered four pizza?s 2 1/2 hours in advance and the store where the pizza would be deliverred from was picked for us and two... hours later we got a call from the store telling us they would not deliver from our location and we had to go online and cancelthe order, re-order the pizza?s again(paying twice) and wait up to TWO TO THREE DAYS for your money to be refunded. The?Manager? refused to deliver the pizza?s which would have been a 10 minute drive, refused to at least transfer our order toanother ?closer? pizza hut and wanted us to fix pizza hut?s mistake and over two hours later we are left with no dinner, a HUGEhassle, a potential double bill and a manager that just hung up rather than dealing with pizza huts mistake. I will now orderfrom Domino?s app which has been flawless in past orders. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
Worst quality of food I have ever experienced in all my years from Pizza Hut. Customer service lived up to their quality of... food too. Ordered a p'zone but there was bare bones for stuffing and was like eating over priced bread. Spoke to a staffmember & showed him the quality of food that I was given only to be told that is what it is suppose be like. One gets moretopping on a pizza. See attached photo. Great pizza and great service. We also enjoy their wings both the bone-in and the boneless. Their thin crust pizza is my... favourite. Its nice not to be filled up with just dough. They are generous with the toppings. Weve always had a good experiencehere. Consistently excellent. Read more
Service was slow when we came in, took about 7 or 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Server was pleasant enough though.... Food half decent. Chicken Wing's were a joke. 10 bucks for what.. 5 bites of chicken. Not worth it ???? Read more
