This is unbelievable. My 4 years old son almost swallowed this thing. It's a metal of ball pen. Surprised how they put that in... pizza. Hey store manager can u explain what u do with a ball pen on pizza. Do u make holes in pizza base with that. Worst place to order. I did mobile order and the store kept serving customers who place their order at store instead of getting... ready my mobile order even after confirming with then twice, I get my order after 40 mins. When I asked them my order is ready,they didnot respond properly and manager came and he spoke so rudely like he didnot care about their customers. So disappointedin them. They even didnot provide me a dipping sauce which I ordered and paid. Worst experience ever? so so disappointed inthis pizza pizza location. 1 more thing, their staff didnot wear gloves while preparing pizza and they are making it with barehands.. so unhygenice.. Mr Mandeep I like ur pizza quality but I was disappointed today on June 17 at 9.30 pm when ur staff gave me wrong pizza. When I... called they asked me to come back for replacement. Do u think its fair and being respectable to someone's time? And When I wentback they didn't even say sorry for their mistake. I think u should train them that Indian customers r also have a right torespect and ur staff should learn customer service basic ethics. Apologizing doesn't make u small moreover enhances customerservice and delight. Pls look into this. Not every indian customer is coming from rural locations of india there r so many whohave already seen better service standards in india and in other Canadian stores. Read more
Total waste of money. It has happened third time. Bad quality of food. Loads of salt. Last time undercooked and now... overcooked. Had to throw it away. Poor service. Previously, when I complained they put a store credit on my number but when Itried to claim it they said there was no credit on my number and they never received any order from my number.
