Disappointing delivery services. My instructions on the web order were clear; contactless delivery, ring the doorbell, and leave... the pizza at the front door. I called their customer service after more than an hour of waiting. They said they called but noone answered the phone call so the delivery guy left. I told them i probably missed the phone call as my phone was in thebedroom and we were at the living room waiting for them. I told them my instructions were clear. I did not put any instructionsto make a call before leaving the pizza. There's nothing on the website/warning that they wouldnt leave the pizza/cancel theorder if no one answers their phonecall. i reviewed my front yard camera; it was working but it didnt record/register anymovements. No one arrived and they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Read more

0 customer service the guy in the hat said to stand outside in -30 instead of instore while there was only 1 skip driver in... store. We then canceled our order and he didn?t even refund in original payment method instead he gave cash. Everytime theydon?t have cilantro worst store of winnipeg. Read more
