Really rough at communication, staff needs to be better trained. Asked for the unlimited 2 topping and 2 medium pizza special... (8.99 each) and they ending up charging me full price. Additionally, they were out of creamy garlic sauce and their washroom wasunhygienic. Definitely not up to the standards of other Pizza Pizza locations. On the plus side, they offer halal options! You're basically paying the same or more than what you'd get from Little Caesars, the pizza is thin and they cover up how cheap... the ingredients are with a copious amount of salt and awful vegetable oils. Yesterday I ordered from pizza pizza. Firstly, the was totally wrong. It was not the order that we placed. Secondly, I complain... about the order on the and they said they can?t do anything in that. They said they can?t do anything because we ordered throughthe app. This doesn?t make any sense. Lastly, we went to the store in business hours and the lady said that they are closed butonline it showed they were open and moreover, even there store timming listed on door said they are open. Moreover, the excuseshe gave me was that she had been working for straight 15 hours and she cannot take any more customers. Such a wast of my timeand money. I will never go to this place again. Wasn't given the "two slices for $5" deal even though it was posted all over the exterior and interior of the store. Which is... pretty snakey just to make an extra $1. The slices are much smaller than in other province's/cities... Almost half the size, infact. They are more resembling of the size of slices when you buy a whole pizza not the slices in-store. This place is awesome. Best location to try any special pizzas. The staff is really friendly.
