After giving then a 4-5 star rating, I will definitely have to downgrade it. The last two times, the pizza has been over-done.... Not BURNT, but very close. Asking them to cook it less did NOT result in the nice pizza they had when they first opened. That isnot acceptable. Flavour is OK, but not as good as when they first opened. Regular sauce has a hint of cinnamon, while the"no-sugar added" sauce has no cinnamon. I particularly sensitive to that. Also the last time I did complain about the overcooked pizza they said I would get a complimentary pizza, but that was not the case when I called in my last pizza order. What a disappointment. So many good reviews about the quality and the toppings, I decided to give it a go. Crust - got the... thin crust but wasn't really thin. If you are looking for crisp, this is not it. Soft crust. Toppings were few. I orderedtwo specials - one was the butter paneer and the other was chicken bacon ranch. They tasted almost exactly the same. I'vetasted better frozen pizza. Generic pizza. There is very little flavour and considering the pizzas I ordered, I expected bigflavor. Would not go back. Excellent! Was recommended by someone and was sceptical, however am pleasantly pleased. Clean interior, friendly yet quick staff... who were not pushy, and the pizza is delicious and fresh! The crust with the sesame seeds has a thin crunch with a softchewiness, and the slice held the toppings well thin and firm enough, yet not ridged. Had the teriyaki chicken and beef tacopizzas. Delicious! A new family favorite recommended to me and will come again soon. Read more
Red Swan is definitely one of the best pizza spots in the city, easily one of my favourites and the quality is insane. Their... sesame crust is really what sets them apart imo. Highly suggest getting the XL pizza to get the full effect. They might seem abit pricey? totally worth it; premium ingredients like this are not cheap. Read more

We ordered nachos from here several times for $12. We get 2 orders all the time. This last time we got single layer where you... can see the paper underneath. I could have eaten the whole thing myself where we used to share between 3 of us. We called andwere told that that?s how they always make them. Lies!!!
