45 minutes to get our order for 4 people, asked for a straw 40 minutes later had to ask again. We ordered pretty standard... items, melts , nips, not sure what the issue was when table that came in after us by twenty minutes got served their order.Maybe Friday night is not a good time to go, our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed, forgetful, had to ask for Sal sauce thatwe orginally ordered several times along with the original straw that we asked for, for the soda that was brought to us 40minutes earlier. Went in for a very late brunch today. Well past the lunch rush. Got seated under 5 minutes, ordered our drinks, got them... immediately and the server took our order. We then proceeded to wait.... And wait.... And wait. The restaurant was not busy atall. Saw our food set out on the ledge and continued to wait and wait and wait for at least 15 minutes. Have dined at this location for about 20 years. Always good service and food is received in good time. Cod and fries is... excellent with a large serving. The Big Nip is also delicious with fresh lettuce and tomato. Children are entertained by crayonsand a coloring page. Ample parking at this location. Highly recommend. Read more

I wish i could give 0 stars. Me and my boyfriend went out for my birthday! Was super excited to eat. We ordered 2 breakfasts and... i got extra sausage. the sausage tasted old, tasted sour, and had a gross smell aswell as taste. We brought it up to thewaitress and the person at the till, the waitress said it had nothing to do with her service and they said they can?t give anydiscounts for that item. Server was rushed us to order because she wanted to get the order in ahead of another group? What does that have to do with... having a great customer experience? Staff your restaurant properly and there won't be an issue with who is ordering when. Whenshe brought drinks to the table the coffee cup was dirty (dried on coffee on side of the cup) and when I requested a new cleancup was told the cup was clean and that the dried on coffee was poured. Coffee doesn't dry/stain a cup in a matter of seconds.Absolutely horrible experience and would love to hear from management why this is considered acceptable. Read more

Went with my son at a moderately busy time. Ordered the Grand Breakfast special x2 and orange juice. Chris, our server was... friendly and prompt. Food came quick and was hot/fresh and accurate. Also grabbed their famous chocolate cake doughnuts beforepaying the bill, was not disappointed. Had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks for continuing your customerservice standard.
