Staying at the travel lodge and decided to have some lunch here. They did not disappoint. Was greeted immediately. Sat down and... ordered my food and it was out in less then 5 minutes. My mom, son and I all came here for supper after driving 6 1/2 hours in the car. It was super close to the hotel we were staying... at! They had so many options to choose from. I got their chicken strips, and I?m usually a very picky person when it comes to mystrips. These strips were so juicy on the inside, and cooked to perfection on the outside. It came with fries and a sidecoleslaw (which was also amazing). I ordered the honey dill sauce for the chicken strips which made them better, if that waspossible! I will definitely return! What can 1 say about Sals? Iconic Winnipeg resteraunt with the same age old food. Has Salisbury steak and was sure to send pics... to all the ex Winnipegers to make them drool. Read more
