WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! I'M SHOCKED AND SO UNIMPRESSED. I've been ordering weekly every Thursday for months from this... location for a resident I work with. I was unable to get money from my resident last week. But it was too late to call andcancel as they had arrived with the pizza. I apologized and explained the situation. Honest mistake. I call today to make myweekly order. THEY REFUSE TO SERVE ME NOW.... Isn't the customer always right? I was unable to pay ONCE and had to cancel butnow you'll never serve me again? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! YOUR A BIG COMPANY AND YOUR REALLY GOING TO REFUSE SOMEONE OVER$20? NEVER BUY FROM HERE WORST PLACE EVER TO ORDER PIZZA FROM. Santa Lucia has a reputation for being one of the best pizza restaurants in the city. Their food is consistently good. And, you... do pay for it with their prices. For example, we bought a four-topping 18” pizza which came to about 45 bucks. But… the foodis really delicious with a good amount of cheese, good quality pizza sauce, and fresh toppings. I don’t get this pizza oftenbecause it’s fairly expensive, but for the occasional treat here and there, it’s worth it. Read more
