The shark club is pretty nice for a gambling place. The staff are courtious and friendly. I recomend this place to anyone for a... pleasant day or night out. I've been here a couple times before but never had a complaint until this Saturday. I stopped in i intended to buy a drink &... appetizer. I didn't realize there's no happy hour on weekends? Which is the reason I came because I came for happy hours in thepast. Anyways after waiting at the bar for so long and the servers and bartenders didn't even bother to acknowldge me yet we'revery engaged and interacting with everyone else. I had to call one over and I ordered the drink special it was meh ok, then the2nd one seemed way off, and watery. I had the occasion to attend the Sharks Club for the first time the other day with friends for lunch. The atmosphere was... satisfactory but management dropped the ball on staffing as there was only one server to wait on several patrons resulting inlong wait times for drinks and food. I had the Sliders and fries and honestly they were nothing special as they were somewhatdried out possibly from sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be picked up. The staff checking cards at the front was pleasant. When I went to dispense some hand sanitizer from a 1 gallon container I discovered it was empty and brought this to hisattention and he stated management was aware of it yet when we left approximately 3 hours later it still had not beenreplenished. So in conclusion staff worked with what they had but management dropped the ball. Will I return, possibly butthere are so many other similar establishments in the area with better service. Was there on December 17th. Got there around 6:00. Walked right in. Nobody asked for my vax card. Afterwards, I could see... the door from where I was standing, nobody was asked for vaccine card or ID. Won't be going back until after covid (if thatever happens). We had 3 different waitresses, although we still had prompt, good service. The food was good and so were the drinks. The chips... and guac were not on the menu but they still allowed us to get them thought they would be less expensive. It was nice of them tochange the tv to the game we were hoping to watch - it was much appreciated! Nice place for some drinks and a guys night towatch the game. Read more
