Wow. My hubby and I will be back for sure. The steak sandwiches were awesome. We had the Lomito and the Classic Philly Cheese... and they were both superb! Despite the sammies and service being perfect, my favourite part was the ONION RINGS. It's hard toexplain but they have the most perfect crunch and are served with a super tasty dipping sauce. Great selection of cuts and the meat is always perfectly cooked. For sides, their fries are addictive and the arugula, beet +... goat cheese salad is refreshingly tasty! I had the chance to have dinner at the Forks Market and decided on Simon's. I had the gaucho sandwich and the spicy beef... empanada. But hands down the sandwich was the star for me. The tenderloin and egg was cooked nicely. The arugula, tomato, andonions were fresh. The choice of bun went with everything and did an admirable job trying to contain all the goodness.Initially, i thought the sandwich was on the pricey side but after eating it and looking at the ingredients - i thought it wasfair. The ribs were delicious but they only sold full racks. That said, at first I thought it was a steak house outside the Galeria... but it was a kiosk. Menu was limited as we love rice. Otherwise pleasant staff. Read more
