Tried my usual coffee I take in other Starbucks coffee shops but this one here wasn't the best at all, it tasted so bad and was... completely different didn't even think it is a Starbucks coffee though the branding was, wouldn't go back there for sure thatwas my first coffee for the day and sadly enough didn't impress me at all, you might want to taste it and compare it to otherStarbucks coffee shops to see where I'm coming from. Snooty employee's, these employee's are fairly new and its the younger girl and the guy every time I go and they never seem to... make my drink correct. I have been there multiple times and not once was it made well. "Grande, Café, vanilla frap, doubleblended coffee, no whip".... its either too runny, tastes like too much milk was added or like today, it was made with non-fatmilk (gross). every time they re-make it and its still not right. I go here because its close to work. I miss the old barista. She always got it right. these employee's say "its because its double blended that its runny". HUGE BOO. Try to download the app and it kept saying it's in scheduled maintenance which is the same thing it kept telling the... other two customers in front of me so I couldn't earn any bonus points conveniently when I'm spending money. Then I tried to buytwo cookies for $3 that are clearly advertised and the cashier wanted to charge me 2.99 for each cookie and said there's nothingshe could do about. It?s hit and miss with the customer service. I have encountered some really nice employees here in the past. However the last... two times I?ve been, there has been a couple girls who are not friendly. It?s usually customary to say ?You?re welcome? whensomeone says ?thank you?, but I got zero acknowledgement from them and a look of annoyance as they slam down my drink. The IcedCaramel Macchiato I purchased both times was overflowing with a mess down the sides and tasted like the milk was old. I thinkI?ll stick with the Charleswood location from now on! Read more
