I know times are tough right now but when a customer comes in and orders two Venti lattes (gingerbread) then you should actually... fill the cup! Morning shift December 10th this is the first time I have ever had an issue at this location. When we pay forVenti we expect to get Venti in the cup not a grande at the most in a venti cup.
