Fast service, friendly staff. Great place!
Well you wait 22 minutes in line get to the front window they don't even have a regular coffee. You pay full price not even a... free coffee u don't even want...staff are great always apologetic for the 20 plus min wait for a coffee.....best bet folks....make it at home....I know it happens, many of times I go to restaurants that only deal in 1 thing and 1 thing only and theydon't have it...not like I ordered a pizza at a coffee shop....nope I tried to order a coffee. I have been to many Starbucks around the city and even different countries, but nothing compares to the one down Main Street in... Riverbend area (this one) .. the staffing is amazing, friendly and so welcoming. My order could be a little confusing but I havenot walked out without a great iced coffee made just the way I like it.. so thank you for that! I wish I could rate this placemore than just 5 stars, you definitely deserve it. Thank you for making my daily essential so tasty and drinkable! :) Read more
Slow, the manager here does not bring in enough staff so they are always slow. What an embarrassment that brings to the... Starbucks name. Starbucks upper management should look into this. Their own employees to me to call the manager and to get himto bring in more staff. I will probably send this same review to Starbucks. Read more
Drive thru was a completely unacceptable 20 min wait for roughly only 8 cars in front of me. Not only that, upon finally... reaching the window I'm greeted without a word, handed a mobile pick up drink and then the guy turns his back and walks awaystill without a word said. Edit* staff member at the front taking my order was very nice but my drink temperature was off. I asked for 180 received at 167.... That's more than 10 degrees. What's more worrisome is then I wonder if it's actually decaf because often when I have an issuewith the temperature being off, the second problem receiving a regular caffeinated drink instead of a decaf follows suite. Whenthe person who made the drink handed it to me, she said it was a cinnamon dolce latte, but did not mention any of themodifications which makes me wonder if they were done properly. ------------+------------- I'm doing a 3 because the servicehere hasn't been as friendly and inviting as other places I've been. They are exceptionally friendly and talkative to peoplethey know, but not being a regular I found them blase when serving. If you are looking for a review of this place you probablyaren't a regular. I also ran into an issue the other time I had visited. They made a big deal about the accuracy of my orderthen lost my order... I'll go if I'm in the area. I do hope they improve. No idea what the other comments in here are saying 20 min wait for drive through? More like 30-40 on a regular day. Also drinks... are always hit or miss. A simple latte tastes different every time here. Read more
