I was a this location this Morning and I waited in line and when I got to place my order to see a sign that said "drive-through... debit down, but debit inside works" Which is no big deal not their fault. So when I went to place my order I asked if I couldorder now and then come pay inside and to my surprise they said no I would need to wait in line then go park and then go in andplace my order. Which to me was insane why I couldn't have my order started and then just com in and pay so I wouldn't have towait twice. Waited 25 min in store for my mobile order. Had to get a refund as couldn?t wait any longer. Why offer drive thru, mobile orders... and walk up ordering when you can?t keep up with capacity? It makes no sense to provide multiple channels to fill the salesfunnel when you can?t deliver on it. Truly disappointing service? it?s only a latte folks?should not take this long EVER.Management is to blame for this one and I feel sorry for the staff at this location. This Starbucks branch is horrible . They never take order properly, they forget to ask name for the order and they don?t even... bother to make it , when you go and ask them if it?s ready , they say we never got your order . This has happened with me 3times. All they put in drinks is ice and lesser amount of the drink . I would suggest , please pay attention to what orders youget and make them properly. I ordered a Venti size vanilla iced coffee this morning(check the tag on the cup) but I only get a Grande size iced coffee. Was... gonna later for work?so I'm just noticed that when I got work place. Wait was the real problem I would say because i had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes in a dine-in order. It was busy I understand... but 25 minutes of waiting time is too much i think for just 2 simple drinks other than that drinks were good, good staff, goodinterior. Read more
