went through the drive-thru, the touch screen was very off and needed to be calibrated badly, ordering through the touch menu... was a much bigger hassle then ordering inside. Food was made correctly and fast. Read more
I had a very large order late at night and I had a wonderful staff member, Rythym, who was super helpful! He helped me get the... best deals for all the items I was looking for, as I hadn't been by subway in so long I forgot all the subs available. He alsowas considerate and fast. I also appreciated how he handled my food / gave me good quality. (Gave appropriate portions and askedme several times how it was.) I was a little disappointed the other staff members didn't help him with the larger order. Hedidn't seem to complain or mind, maybe they have a system for how they make the food... (Take one order at a time?) I don'tknow, but I feel like he was taking on a lot of the tasks all alone. I go through the drive thru and upon opening my sub I notice it has none of the sauce that I picked and instead something... completely different. When I brought it back in I said must be a simple mistake, of course I?m met with ?you must have orderedit that way? and basically had to beg to get my order fixed, given my sandwich in a cold manor , come on ??????? The busiest subway in the city! But wait! Service is very quick, they always have enough staff all the time so you will get your... subs in no time. They also have drive thru and one of a kind kiosk that remember your previous order if you saved it using yourphone number, great if you are regular. The veggies always fresh and appealing. Open 24 hours. The bread is improved and I lovethe new multigrain bread. The manager on shift on December 4th 2022 evening time and employees were amazing. Supreet was really helpful and wonderful.
