Came in from out of town. Wanted something to eat. So I saw subway and decided to have a sub. It was Sunday and upon my arrival... the time was 845pm I tried to open the door. But it was locked. So I called. The person answered the phone says hello not evensubway. I tell her it?s 845pm why are you closed. Her response was I?m in the bathroom. So why lock the doors when there aremore then one person working. In COVID times small business are complaining. That there is no business. I suggest you look athiring better staff. What a terrible experience. Stale bread. Out of products. No mustard. Apparently they don't have mustard in Manitoba unlike... everywhere else in the world. The staff member was okay but all in all we just couldn't wait to get out of there. We ate ourfood and realized subway has gone way downhill lately. Just like this new scheme of cutting the footlong subs in half to savesome toppings. They're screwing us and raising the prices every year. Definitely not worth the money. No wonder they all looklike they're slow and so dirty inside. Read more
It is a typical Subway. One note is they did not have orange cheddar cheese, if that matters for anyone. I ordered a tuna sub... and maybe tuna is not very popular in Winnipeg but, it was pretty dry almost old tasting, likely just dry though. Other thanthis the staff were courteous and friendly. Staff was nice, and friendly, there were two on and they helped each other out once two customers were at the front. I thought... the new way they cook the meat for subs is pretty cool!! Thats pretty nifty!! But.. I have to say, employees is it really thathard to get the lettuce right to the end of the bread..... And get the meat on the top half of the sandwich not middle of theveggies. Thank you! Read more
