Horrible, just horrible, theres a funky smell when youre inside the location, employees dont even listen to what the customer is... asking, kind of a vital thing to do when prepping someones food... sandwich wasnt even cut lol went to pick up half my sub andthe whole thing picked up and slid out so i had to recontstruct and cut the sandwhich that the guy had already messed up on.. ohand the veggies that are supposed to be fresh daily are about 2-3 days old, you can physically smell and taste it and i wasgonna share with my baby, well until the guy added 3x more hot sauce than asked for and it unfortunately got everything.. dontwaste your money. This place crushed the bread for my sub then cut it then crushed it again before putting my toppings on. 4 olive slices and... there was a rotten piece of lettuce on my husband's sub they just picked off. Walked out. I will drive to the st James locationnext time never going there again. Read more
Ok so this is a new review but I don't want to delete my last one cause .. well I'm not a fraud. ???? So this time I was there,... the employee was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! they were super informative, friendly, helpful and did I mention friendly! Being a pastemployer I know the subway standards. And whenever I speak up at this location on how my food is being prepared I get accostedwith dirty looks or told "that's not how subway does it anymore" even though other locations do. Needless to say I was made thebest salad I've had from the William location. I was given the cheese that comes with making a sub into a salad and they cut thecucumbers and tomatoes. Clearly a person whom takes pride in what they do. After this experience, which was a breath of freshair. I would HIGHLY suggest to Subway to make this employee (apologies I forgot to get their name, but they said they work outof the portage and notre dame location) A MANAGER and have them train all the employees at the William and sherbrook locationbecause they are absolutely THE WORST and no one should have to pay for a less than sub due to employees having a lack ofpassion or even desire to do their jobs right. When your having a bad day stop by there the subway manager there is pretty awesome and really knows how to do great customer... service. Its really clean in there and its always service with a smile from the employees. Not sure what happened recently butit used to suck. Now its the best subway to eat at i find. Read more
