I've bought subway from there 3 times. The first two times were good. This third time, the person who was serving me was... obviously very careful about how much of anything she put in. You could CLOSE the sandwich and not see the lettuce or anything.It looked like a regular bun and looked pretty flat. NEVER going there again. For the $15 I paid, I would have expected there toat least be a decent amount of lettuce beyond what looked like 2 tablespoons of lettuce per half of the footlong. Nope nopenope. Read more

I walked over on break and ordered a breakfast wrap. When I returned to the office and unwrapped it, the one side of the wrap... was covered in mold!!! I walked back over at lunch to return it and all they did was refund me my money for the sandwich???????? You think they would have tried even just a little to get me to return with a small incentive of a free 6? sandwich orcookie or anything. Nope. I won?t be returning to this Subway again and suggest you check you bread before taking a bite of yoursandwich!! Read more

Got the mixed cold cuts. It?s really hard to mess this one up. This is the cheapest subway location. Had to ask the lady behind... the counter to add more then 3 cucumber slices. I barely ask for toppings like three in total and it was empty. The meatmanagement to feel smaller then other locations. Read more

This location is the worst at putting toppings on. They barely put any meat and you have to ask for LOTS of veggies in order to... get enough to cover the bread. Read more

I had my sandwich at this location for the first time. JIN was the employee who made my order. She was by herself and had few... clients in line. She took my order with a smile. While making my sandwich, she made it perfectly as shown in the menu. The foodwas hot and fresh. Because of the friendly customer service(by employees like JIN), I will be coming to this subway all thetime!!! Read more

Even with ordering double meat there was hardly and chicken on my sub, they only sell bottle drinks, because giving people free... refills must cost wayyyyyy to much. Also my cookies were very old and hard. I will not be a returning customer. Read more

Absolutely the worst! And I used to work at subway (when I was a teenager). I would give 0 STARS I was starving and ordered the... chicken and bacon. I noticed and told the employee the coolers are clearly TO HIGH as all the veggies were freezing. She justsmiled. I must say she was OK but seemed scared to get in trouble which is weird. She was working hard making the sandwiches andthen some guy kept coming from the back but only to do the till. When I was ordering he was getting himself some food. Then whenI was ready to pay he pops up to take my order. I said to him doesn't seem fair you sitting in the back chilling out and she'sup here doing all the work, he just smiled. There was an elder lady standing waiting to be served for at least 5 mins. He couldhave taken her order and been productive instead of attaching himself to the till. I finally made it home after all my errands,I bite into my sub and pull away.... and to my dismay THERE'S A HAIR!!! INTWINED IN THE CHICKEN!!!! I spit it out and pull thehair out of the sub which was embedded in the chicken. Probably cause the person who prepared the chicken in the back wasn'twearing a hair net! Then it froze in the freezing cooler or in the heating tool they do not clean (look out people withallergies!). So I call to get a simple refund on my card. My God I get hung up on TWICE! interruped after I was asked toexplain, she interrupts me in the third word out of my mouth. She isn't not talking she is yelling, so I raised my voice andasked her not to interrupt and to allow me to finish... she hangs up. I call back, I ask for her name she hangs up. Thishappens 2 more times. I call back and just rings twice. So since she wouldn't give me her name I can only describe her by hereast Indian accent, which I hate being a woman of color.
