I tried to complain to the "manager" Navjot who refused to give me her name until I told them that's what I would explain to... corporate. Apparently I am not allowed to get hot sauce with my $45 in tacos. That's the only thing that makes the foodpalatable. When I called the store she dismissed me and encouraged me to complain to corporate. Guess she knows what I justfound out that its very hard to find the number but when I get treated with that level of disrespect I will find a way to beheard. All I wanted was for my concern to be heard. Not its a much bigger issue. You don't treat customers like that. Don'tworry Navjot I am persistent and will be heard. Read more

Poor speed of service, poor quality meals. Looking at the quality and quantity of staff (3-4 fairly mature women) I?m not... surprised. Double edged sword of no one coming so you don?t book more staff to work, meaning service sucks and no one wants toreturn. Read more

I usually like this location on Regent but today I left after being next in line and a skip the dishes came in and they forgot... about me. I stood there just waiting to order and then after they finished getting his order they wanted to serve me. I lookedat her and said no thanks and walked out without causing a scene. Nothing against skip the dishes or other food delivery but whyare they served first when I'm there ready to buy food. Wasn't happy and will not visit there again. Read more

I continuously visit this location despite the inconsistent quality and service because it's local and to be honest, I love Taco... Bell. For this location, you could flip a coin and receive amazing service and great food one day, then come back the next andthe 'soft' tortillas are brittle, toppings are scarce, and they may just forget the sour cream you specifically requested (andpaid for). Not going to rate them lower than a 3 because I'm sure it's just a matter of who is working at the time, but I wishthey would find a way to be more consistent. Read more

They were so busy, waited for a while to order. She didn't ask me of I want soft or hard tacos, they gave me doritos taco... shells(which I didn't ask for). The tables were all dirty, hard to find a place to eat Read more

My biggest complaint is the soft tacos usually have old/broken wraps. Which makes soft tacos tough to eat without a total mess.

Not much to say lol. Its a Taco Bell. You get what you came for. Always good. Sometimes drive thru is slow but that's alright.... The straws are the WORST though. Read more

Have never tried tacos at a restaurant before and didn?t think Taco Bell would deliver, but it definitely did! They have prices... that can compete with McDonald?s, and I was quite satisfied with my portion (tried a $9 value box). It was a good amount of foodand typically after fast food restaurants you feel sick or stuffy- not at all here. Very clean feeling after eating which is agood sign when eating meat and/or cheese, and is quite rare at fast food places. Staff was mediocre, and waiting time was short(but it also wasn?t busy). Really good tacos, mediocre fries, but drink machine failed on the iced-tea (it was quite watereddown, most points it was just water coming out) Read more
