Taco's and burrito are prepared great... STAFF LOUSY..for online order/pickup, staff does NOT know where the food to be picked... up are. They just toss order anywhere instead of putting them on the pick up rack behind the cashier. TWICE it happened, ireported it the 2nd time. Read more
dont go to this location. we went there for dinner one night around 6pm i got a quesalupa which was rock hard. i also got a... famous chicken sandwich. which was a tiny chunk of chicken that didnt fill the bun. it could of been a clump of batter orsomething. it was brown inside not white. was also rock hard looked like it had clumps of fat.. i had 2 bites to see if it wouldof been worth eating, i was sick the next few days, in my chest. i wrote them a complaint and i got zero response back. terriblemanagement and company!!! Well upgraded! The food is the same but the dining room is a lot nicer. Staff are usually nice but a little slow. They are... really pushing for vegetarian options too which is fantastic. (Sub the beef for beans) Read more

19 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I received my food. I got the spicy chicken for the crunch wrap supreme... which apparently confused everyone there even though it is on the menu board as an option. Multiple customer left because theyhad no beef for tacos, and one poor lady was waiting for her chicken order when we got there and was still waiting as we wereleaving. I had to repeat my order more then once because the lady didnt seem to understand or know the menu properly. I asked for 2... crunchy supreme tacos, but got soft burritos.
