I can't comment on KFC but the Taco Bell is great. In fact I go out of my way to go to this location.????

Never had issues with other locations in the city but this locations drive through speaker is so horrible you can barely hear... the person speaking on the other. I ordered a spicy plant based burger and a bean taco but for some reason they made it a mealand the taco was beef instead of bean so I couldn?t eat it. When I asked why it was a meal when I was paying I was told that?swhat I ordered, although I did not and would?ve corrected it at the time of order if I could?ve actually heard them from thespeaker. I asked to change it to just a burger but she said I couldn?t because the fries were already made and was aggressiveabout it. Also the taco I was given was beef and I didn?t notice until I got back to work and had no time to go back as well.Will not be coming back here. TLDR, avoid this location. If you go here order inside and not the drive through and make sureyou check your order before leaving. Read more
Went through the drive thru yesterday to pick up lunch. Got 4 taco supreme & a fries supreme & a drink. Drove 5 mins back to my... work to eat it only to find out they microwaved my 4 tacos. They were disgusting. I couldn't even take them out of the wrapperwithout ripping the ends of the shells off & the lettuce was as mushy as the sour cream & cheese. I tried to eat one but after afew bites I threw it out. Went through the other 3 to find out they were all the same so those went in the trash too. Needlessto say this will be the last time I buy Taco Bell from this location while dine in is closed & I'm not able to eat in so I canreturn my meal to the counter for a refund if this ever happens again. It?s KFC Taco Bell, hard to mess up. Food is usually hot, wait times are average and promotions are okay. Our menus don?t even... compare to the standalone locations in the South but our Taco Bells are better quality. This location won?t give you foodpoisoning like the Henderson Hwy location. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It was ok. The taco shell was just ok. Not fresh but not too... stale. I know better not too expect commercial looking food, but I expected a bit more cheese. Service wasnt awful but nothinggood to share about. 3/5 Read more
