Ordered yellow curry with chicken, & Thai iced tea. It was just a stir fry, with no flavor, no Thai curry, on plain white rice.... Thai iced tea tasted like powdered milk or something. I love Thai food, but this isn't a Thai restaurant, just in their name. Read more

Update: Upping rating to 4 stars (from 1). After a very pleasant email exchange back and forth with customer service they have... provided me with a $15 e-gift card for the error. Much appreciated Thai Express, thank you - and next time I will check the boxBEFORE I leave with my food :-) Original Review: Ordered Pad Thai for lunch today, in person, at the counter, said NO MEAT. Had to change my rating. The rewards app for Thai Express is awful. Ever since they changed the way rewards works it has been a... headache! Tried to collect points at store they dont know how to do that. Tried to redeem and just the same story. If goingonce in a while probably ok for the food but dont bother with the rewards system. I like the food but really dislike therewards and that is enough for me to stay away. Read more

The food is delicious I really like the customer service. Everyone is welcoming and happy to accept any customisations I request... in my food. I feel like any language barriers don't hurdle in the service they provide and quality they deliver. So many times Ihave ordered close to closing and they happily accept the order which is the best part and lacks in so many places. Read more

Very average. If you are craving thai food, sure, get it, but it's not something I would go for normally.
