Very slow. Every time I order a bagel it comes frozen in the middle and the butter is not melted, just globbed on one side.

Coffee is coffee and food is pretty much basic. Went into store for quicker service because Drive thru was lined up. Lost a star because their food is just getting worse and service is getting worse too. I Ordered a farmer's wrap a couple days... ago and it had little to no sauce which made it very bland. So today I ordered it again with extra sauce, and they drowned thething in it. I couldn't eat it because it was completely filled with sauce. And they keep forgetting things that I ordered too.Whether it's a cinnamon bun or bacon with my wrap. It's always some issue. It's a waste of money to keep throwing away the foodbecause they keep messing up the order. Read more

I love this Tim Hortons. Definitely the most efficient, and the lady I always get on the speaker is so sweet. She always calls... me a sweetheart! They have never made a mistake with my orders and my drinks are always consistently good. Read more
