Worst Tim hortons in thr city. For more reasons than one. Today they were out of espresso. Which happens i guess even if they... are first and foremost a coffee shop. But I paid on the app and don't get reimbursed for this since I paid for more than just adark roast. Then I order a breakfast farmer's sausage wrap and got a chicken wrap instead. Read more
Rudest staff of any location. They do not let you know when they scan your card or app if the weekly offer was applied. Often... you can hear them laughing or yelling in languages other than english on the drive thru speaker and the same thing when you getto the window. Clearly they would have to know english to work there so this is rude. They also ignore you when you get to thewindow. There is one female employee on in the evening who never smiles and talks harshly at the drive thru. You never receiveyour order in a bag or any napkins, cutlery or condiments which you would expect when getting fast food or takeout. If they handyou your wrap or sandwich without a bag it almost falls out of the thin wrapper and on to the ground, so its very messy. For adonut they never put it in a box and if you ask they either say no or give you attitude after they do it as if its that muchextra work. I have said on so many surveys and emails to the office and customer service that this is important as the bag willstick to the donut and remove all the toppings and glaze. I ordered 1 donut and a box of timbits. She charged me for 2 donuts and seemed upset when I pointed out the error. She also gave... me the wrong timbits and the ones I did want were barely even cooked. I was also the only one inside at the time as well. Verydisappointed with tonight?s service. Read more

Service is good and fast, I ordered an iced Capp and a chocolate chip cookie (I wanted the smiley face ones but they didn't have... any ), the iced Capp was good as always but the chocolate chip cookie was overcooked, it was quite crunchy and dry which was notwhat I was expecting. Read more
Worst quality control! Burnt my bagel pretty badly! Doesn't carry my go-to donut, first time a place just doesn't carry a maple... dip. Madness! The donut I ended up buying was also very stale. It's morning, quality shouldn't be this atrocious this early on.My donut should still taste fresh, not like it was from last night. Read more
