This Tim Horton?s needs some improvements. There was 7 people working in drive-thru with 2 cars and 1 person working the front... with 4 groups waiting. The Tim Bits all over-cooked or falling apart and they look even less appetizing with flies crawling onthem. I added a zoomed in picture of the fly enjoying the poorly made donuts. Read more

Great service. Everytime i come here i see a great customer service by all the employees. Very responsible staff. Last month... forgot my credit card at the payment spot. One of the employees found it and gave it to the Manager Armaan who went a step aheadand called my Bank to help me get it back. By that time I realized that i am missing it and came back here. The Managerrespectfully returned it back. I really appreciate their responsible customer service and wish them good luck in their futureendeavours. Read more

If I was able to give no stars I would, these staff members need to be trained better as they are running down the stores giving... them a bad name. Its been three or four times in a row, i always go there order everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, it is... expected to be 1 scoop of cream cheese, first they never use scoop for portioning, secondly its never worth of money. Service is great! But for the 3rd time I ordered a bagel & cream cheese and barely got any cream cheese. I thought Tim's used a... scoop that way every bagel got the same amount.? I was lucky to maybe get 1/2 a teaspoon. It's not rocket science people! Ifyou put barely any cream cheese and then close the bagel and cut it you are just being ignorant and not giving the customer whatthey ordered. There isn't a lot of people that want a dry bagel!
