More than five representatives were gathering by the drive through window when there was absolutely no cars. They were just... chatting and laughing. No one was placing my order while I was the only one in the line. I waited for some time and when nobodytook my order I had to leave. I am new in the neighborhood and never noticed there is a McDonald's restaurant cross the street.They have a self-serve system which I love it??. I will never comeback to this Tim Hortons again???? Worst experience. I visited three times for order French vanilla and every time they said we are cleaning French Vinila... machine.I don?t know why they are open for 24 hour if they don?t want to clean machine and make drinks. And when I ordered smallFrench vanilla they charged me for medium French vanilla.why it?s that they don?t know the difference between small and mediumsize. The morning is usually fine but afternoon is terrible. The workers are standing right i front of everyone talking while they... were serving me i was waiting for my change and she was laughing with the other girl the soup and sandwich girl who was supposedto be making my bagel was laughing with another girl and they ended up making drinks wrong. honestly i don?t usually post reviews but i?m feeling petty. i waited 3-5 minutes for somebody to take my order which normally i... don?t mind because i know there?s other things that need to get done, but i ordered a medium biebs brew and received a smallregular iced coffee, the kind that tastes like dirt water when they don?t put sweetener in it. if i could rate this location 0stars i would. i am livid. I used to be a daily visitor to this location since they opened in late 2014, early 2015. It was a great location with decent... food and incredible staff. Then during the second half of 2019 something changed with quality of the product, and service fromstaff going down hill. In December 2019 I vowed never to return to this location. Today, against my better judgment, I decidedto give them another chance. I should not have done that. As woeful as I remember. "Two" Farmers wraps ..half portions ..half asausage not cut by knife, ripped in two by hand, same with the egg....Pay for 4, get two.... Read more
Coffee here is terrible. Seems like it's old or something. If I get a coffee at the McLeod location it's great no complaints but... when I stop here, it's disappointing. Read more
