Horrible experience. First they took 15 minutes to prepare the drinks and when we taste it, its not what we ordered. Ask the... staff, they were like what do you want, what it supposed to be. Behaved very rudely. Very bad customer service. Read more

Went there a couple weeks ago and tried to get a box of doughnuts for my family and was told I could only have certain ones, and... heaven forbid they include a orange sprinkle doughnut because of the colour of the sprinkles. Also, their machine wouldn'taccept my points for a free tea and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it and refused to trouble shoot because theapp is a "separate thing". The October deal was to buy a bucket of 31 Timbits, and you could then refill that bucket for $5 after that. This was advertised... everywhere. Turns out you can't refill the bucket and they only tell you when you get there with your empty bucket. Read more

My husband and I were out for a drive tonight and stopped in at the Unicity Tim Horton's. When we got to.the drive through we... got hit with a very heavy perfume smell. It was even on our cups as we drove away. While I appreciate a nice scent, it was verystrong...and I am scent sensitive as is my good friend. Maybe let your employees know to limit their own perfumes and such so wecan enjoy the delicious smells.from.your coffee. Thanks! Read more

They have people who don't speak English. They take your order wrong. The manager all slow as well as all the staff. At 3pm... you're slow to serve fast food. To take food orders. They have no baggel, no iced coffee. I hope they close this place forinept. This location is horrible. The girl that take order on dine in . She don't know nothing. I go 2 times for Ice coffee.They don't have. Interesting because is a restaurant coffee. And also the people from there they say " Yes we have ice coffee" .And also don't give the refund. I'm so mad. They have 2 days with no ice coffee. But if you order for drive thru .... of coursethey have. Stupid restaurant. Read more

In all honesty, the Timbiebs I received today from my (handsome, but not overwhelming where I'm thretened) skip driver were... good.
