Very very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and for not being allowed to use to washroom without making an order.... Seriously I mean such an insensitive and disrespectful behaviour.. it?s even illegal at some places to not let anyone use thewashrooms at public places. And after reviewing other peoples? comments for this store, I want to make an appeal to higherauthorities to please consider the store?s situation closely and take some necessary actions to improve it. Asked nicely to use a washroom, wasn?t allowed to because I wasn?t buying anything. Ultra cuts allowed me to use their staff... washroom instead (and I didn?t need to pay for a haircut, crazy right?). If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get an ice cap and use the washroom before a long drive. I told the girl at the... counter I would order after I used the washroom. Obviously I would not want to leave my drink unattended, as much as I would notwant to take it to the washroom with me. No other customers in there, 4 employees standing around, the girl at the drink prepstation RUDELY informed me washrooms are for paying customers only. I told her I was a paying customer, she told me I would haveto place my order if I want to use the washroom, so I gave her my order, she RUDELY directed me to another employee. I just leftat that point. McDonalds was happy to sell me a coffee and let me use the washroom. The customer service is terrible. Theemployee actually thought I was lying. Just an awful interaction. My review is based solely on mobile ordering. This location does mobile ordering awfully. I like to mobile order for a number of... reasons: I spend minimal time in store, I don?t have to talk to anyone, and I can better coordinate with bus routes. I haveordered mobile from this location approx 10 times and not once has my order been ready. Most often, I go to the designatedmobile pick up area and need to flag down staff from a distance to tell them my order and then watch them make it, whichcompletely defeats every purpose of mobile ordering to begin with. At every other Tim?s I?ve ever ordered mobile from, my orderis ready and waiting for me, labelled with the receipt or a sticker on the cup so that I can walk in and walk out smiling. Read more
