Food was fresh. However I ordered a wrap and got a sandwhich. Couldn't take the time to go back and have it corrected. They need... to remove the barriers or get the two way speakers to hear properly. Also when I visited this location it does not have wifi.Not a place to visit if you are in need of a wifi connection. I just came from here 5 minutes ago, I ordered XL triple triple and breakfast sausage muffin, you gave me chocolate chip muffin... and it's cold. Today is April 20, Wednesday. I went to Tim's at 5:46 morning on my way to work, I went to drive thru, orderedlarge coffee but the female on the speaker said medium. I said no, and repeated large coffee and a breakfast sausage muffinsandwich. Went to drive thru to pick up coffee, I was given a medium coffee. Female at the window then said next car in line,and I asked where is my breakfast English sausage muffin , I was told go to the side and she will bring it out. Too busyyapping and not paying attention. .. Sept. 28... on my way to work in a cab. I ordered xl triple coffee and sausage muffin.Staff suggested potato patties to make it a meal. I answered sure. Was charged 7 dollars something to make it a meal butforgot to give me the patties. Read more

The customer service here is just awful. We placed a mobile order through the app and went inside the store and waited for about... 10 minutes and nothing. We checked with the cashier and she said you have to check in with us once your here and then we willmake it. I?ve not had to do that at any other Tim?s but ok. We checked in and sat down to wait. It was 2 ice coffees. Another 10minutes goes by and nothing and at this point it?s pretty slow in there. We ask again and the workers fight amongst themselvesto see why it hasn?t been done. And finally somebody very tersely says ?I?m making them?. A few minutes later we had them. Idon?t get it. The workers were quite rude. Read more

This is the WORST Tim?s in the city. They screw up orders every time, the girls who are working there are always yelling saying... ?sorry? and then giggling when I pull up.
